Website agent

The Website agent answers visitors' questions on your website, using only your own information. If it isn't sure, it passes the question on to you.

Putting it on your website

1. Open the Website agent. The tool shows the piece of code for your shop.
2. Copy the code.
3. Paste it on your website, or give it to your web builder.
4. Open your website and check that the assistant appears.

If the assistant doesn't appear on your website, check that the code is on every page. If it still doesn't work, email info@mindhello.ai.

Preparing your information

The assistant answers only with your own information. Check what it knows and add what is missing, for example your opening hours, how you deliver and your return rules. If an answer isn't in there, it makes nothing up.

Questions it passes on

When the assistant isn't sure, it doesn't answer the question itself. It passes it on to you. You answer the visitor yourself.
