Reviews

Reviews puts your Google, Trustpilot and Facebook reviews in one place. An AI sums up what customers say. All the replies are ready at once, so you only have to read them through.

Connecting channels

You connect Google, Trustpilot and Facebook in the settings of the tool (the Instellingen button, top right).

• For Google you need a Google Business Profile and the account that manages it.
• For Facebook you need your shop's Facebook page, of which you are an admin.
• For Trustpilot you need the address of your Trustpilot page.

After that your reviews are in one list.

The summary

The AI reads your reviews and sums up what customers say. That shows you what customers keep mentioning, without reading every review.

The replies

A reply for each of your reviews is ready at once. You read them through. If you want a reply to say something else, you change it.

Reply to a less good review too, calmly and in a businesslike way. The AI gets you started, but you decide what it says.
