Getting started
Your shop has its own address, such as yourshop.mindhello.ai. You log in there and your team works there. You install nothing: a browser on a computer or tablet is enough.
Your first login
- You get an email from Mindhello with an invitation. The link in that email is valid for fourteen days.
- Open the link, choose a password and confirm. From then on you are the admin of your workspace.
- Keep the address of your workspace, for example yourshop.mindhello.ai/login. Your colleagues log in there too.
Has the link expired? Go to yourshop.mindhello.ai/wachtwoord-vergeten (the "forgot password" page) and enter your email address. You get a new link.
The form about your shop
At your first login you fill in a short form about your shop: what you sell, to whom, how you address your customers and the address of your website. Mindhello then reads your website and your products and builds a profile of your shop.
The tools use that profile to know what you sell and how you address your customers. You can change the profile later.
Reading your website takes a few minutes. You see the progress on screen and can carry on in the meantime.
