Subscription and invoices

Your subscription gives your shop all the basic tools in one workspace. What you pay is in your quote. This page explains how the subscription and the invoices work. The full rules are in the general terms.

Yearly

• You get one invoice per contract year, in advance.
• The contract year runs from the day your workspace is ready.
• The subscription renews for a year each time. You can cancel in writing, at the latest one month before the renewal date, by email to info@mindhello.ai.

Monthly

• You pay every month, by direct debit (SEPA) or card.
• You can stop up to the day before a new month starts, in writing or in your workspace. A month that has already started is not refunded.

In every subscription

• Your own workspace, with your logo and your colours.
• All the basic tools, including those added later.
• Unlimited users.
• Updates, hosting and support by email. We reply within two working days.

Invoices

You receive your invoices by email from Mindhello. An invoice that is not paid by direct debit or card is due within 30 days.

If you stop

You export your data yourself, as Excel or PDF. On request we hand over an export, with your photos. Thirty days after the end of the agreement we delete the data.
