Users
The number of users is not limited. As admin you invite your colleagues yourself and choose per person which tools they see. You do this under Gebruikers (users).
Inviting a colleague
- Open Gebruikers and choose Uitnodigen (invite).
- Enter the name and the email address.
- Choose the tools this colleague may use. You can change that later.
- Send the invitation. Your colleague gets an email with a link that is valid for fourteen days. With that link they choose a password and log in to your workspace.
As long as a colleague has not accepted the invitation, it shows under Gebruikers as "uitgenodigd" (invited). You can send it again or withdraw it.
Admin and staff member
An admin sees everything and manages the users, the branding, the Marketplace and the connections. We recommend having two admins.
A staff member works in the tools that are turned on for them. They see no settings and no users.
You turn a staff member into an admin, or the other way round, on the person's card under Gebruikers.
Tools per person
The card of each user lists the tools. Turn a tool on or off with the switch. The change applies immediately.
Stopping a login
When a colleague leaves your shop, you stop their login on their card. They can no longer log in. What they made stays in your workspace. If you choose Verwijderen (delete), their card disappears too.
